The third chapter is meant to facilitate an understanding of Big Data, including
implied challenges, analysis of Big Data up to fields of application.
The fourth chapter introduces cloud services comprising definitions, prerequisites,
requirements, cloud deployment models, categories of cloud services, as well as
the differences between cloud services and cloud computing.
The fifth chapter describes the actual implementation of cloud services in a business
environment by means of requirement areas, compliance, security and encryption.
The sixth chapter shows practical examples of cloud business models, including
Windows Azure, QuinniWeb, Office 365 or Salesforce.com. Further the potential
benefits, as well as pitfalls and dangers of cloud services are outlined.
The seventh and eight chapter deal with the insights gained from the empirical
research and finalize with the conclusion answering the stated research questions.
