Currently there are a lot of cloud deployment models from different providers
available, including Microsoft Windows Azure, Microsoft Office 365, CRM solutions
by Salesforce, storage capacities from DropBox or Microsoft SkyDrive, as well as
unified communication tools like Exchange Online, or SharePoint Online (Kalakota,
2012).

using cloud services as the most important aspect. Especially for smaller and
medium-sized companies this value is derived mostly from Software-As-A-Service
