Thomas Puschacher (Amaris)

Forrest Lin

Mr. Forrest Lin is currently deputy Secretary General of Chinese Institute of Electronics(CIE), CIE is a non-profit organization, affiliated to Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. As the secretary of CIE Cloud Computing Experts Committee, he plays an integral role in technological innovation and industrial development of cloud computing in China.

In year 1997 Mr. Lin joined China Computer World Media Group(CCW)and prior to that spent 3 years in Beijing Institute of Control Engineering. In CCW, he was chief editor of PC Word China and later served as deputy editor-in-chief of China Computerworld. During his career in CCW for almost 10 years, He has devoted himself to IT news report, focusing on development trend of IT industry with sensitive and penetrating mind.

Mr. Lin received a Bachelor of Information control from Shanghai Communications University, and a Master degree of Engineering from Beihang University.

Rainer Zinow

Senior Vice President, On Demand Strategic Solution Management, SAP AG

Rainer Zinow is senior vice president in charge of strategic solution management for SAP’s On Demand Solution unit. In this position since 2010, he oversees the portfolio of SAP® On Demand solutions including Business ByDesign™ as well as line of business solutions like SAP® Sales On Demand.

In 1987, Zinow started his professional career in a small software company working as a system analyst and software developer.

In 1991, Zinow joined SAP as a member of the SAP® R/3 coordination group developing data migration tools from SAP® R/2 to SAP® R/3. From 1992 until 1996, he was responsible for establishing the SAP and IBM competence center and for managing the relationship between both companies. Parallel to that, he served as executive assistant to then SAP CEO Dietmar Hopp. From 1996 until 1999, he was in charge of SAP’s education line of business. In 2000, Zinow rejoined SAP’s development organization as product manager within the CRM organization. In 2004 he joined SAP’s new strategic mid market initiative known today as SAP Business ByDesign. Until 2008, he had responsibility for the newly developed knowledge transfer concept. Since 2009, he was in charge of the SME strategic solution management. As of Jan 2011, Zinow is in charge of strategy for the entire On Demand unit.

Zinow holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim in Germany. In addition, he participated in post graduate studies at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland and INSEAD Fontainebleau, France.

Curriculum Vitae Dr. Walter Dey

Study of Mathematics and Physics ETH Zuerich. PhD in High Energy Physics CERN Geneva. More than 25 years in IT and Data communication Industries; 15 years working for Cisco European Advanced Technology Technical Consulting Team as Senior Consulting Engineer / Distinguished System Engineer, responsible for Data center technologies and solutions: Servers, Storage, Fibrechannel, Ethernet switching and Virtualization. Board of Directors SNIA (Storage Network Industry Association) Europe 2006-2009.

Dr. Hannes Pfneiszl

Dr. Hannes Pfneiszl, 40, has been head of the Business Customers division since April 2002 while maintaining secondary managerial responsibility for the Raiffeisen Informatik Consulting GmbH. His responsibilities include acquisition and support of customers as well as customer projects across all sectors. Core business fields of the division include professional project management, services & solutions management, the SAP Competence Center & presales and consulting services.

After studying business information technology at the University of Vienna, Pfneiszl started his career as a project leader at the innovative internet provider Netway AG before taking over management of the Business Analysis department with focus on CRM, SAP, billing and customer self-care. Subsequently Dr. Pfneiszl led the Solutions division at Netway where he was accountable for expanding the division as well as management of comprehensive e-businesses projects. With the sale of Netway to UTA, Dr. Pfneiszl took over the New Business department at the telecom provider.

Dr. Pfneiszl is also publisher and co-author of several scientific publications.

Kurzvorstellung des Vortragenden
Wolfgang Traunfellner ist seit 2004 bei der Citrix Systems GmbH in unterschiedlichen Funktionen tätig. Er verantwortet seit Anfang April die Geschäfte des Anbieters von Virtualisierungs-, Cloud- und Netzwerklösungen in Österreich. In seiner neuen Rolle kümmert sich Wolfgang Traunfellner um die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen Strategie, die Betreuung von Schlüsselkunden sowie um die Intensivierung der Absatz- und Vertriebsaktivitäten in Österreich.
